Rock Climbing / Abseiling

Rock Climbing is one of our most popular outdoor activities. Whether you are looking for a gentle introduction to the world of climbing or a thrilling challenge, this the perfect session for you. we choose the appropriate crag depending on conditions, ability and the experience of the group.

We teach climbing techniques and safe belaying in all sessions for beginners and for more experienced groups we will progress to more advanced techniques.

We use a wide range of local Lake District Crags so there’s something for everyone. Climbing is about having fun no matter what your ability!
Abseiling is a part of Rock Climbing but can be done as a stand-alone activity.

Control your destiny at your own pace from a little crag ledge to that ‘Oh God, don’t look down!’ feeling as you lean back and step over the edge.
