Ghyll Scrambling
Sometimes known as cayonerying , cayoning or gorge walking it involves descending/ascending a Lake District mountain stream. This may include slides, dives, jumps and scrambles into fresh sparkling lakeland water.
Ghyll is a Lakeland word of Norse origin describing a mountain stream. A fun wet and wild experience designed with water babies in mind, using natures natural water park. It’s a brilliant and fun way to cool down on a hot summers day.
Ghyll scrambling is always a favourite.
